Our employees are required to pass a rigorous background which includes a full criminal background check conducted by the Federal Bureau of Investigations and Department of Justice. In addition, CSIPS staff members are licensed with the State of California Consumer Affairs.
Our investigators, trainers, and Off Duty Officer’s (ODO’s) are honorably retired and active duty law enforcement officers with thousands of hours of training and expert experience in handling criminal, civil, and personal protection cases with the highest distinction and decoration. They are some of the most discreet, effective security professionals in the industry, and have received countless commendations and awards for their excellent service.
CSIPS investigators and ODO’s are experts in threat assessments, have worked investigative and protective details for high profile clients such as Fortune 500 companies, foreign dignitaries, CEO's, VIP's, politicians, celebrities, attorneys and professional athletes. CSIPS investigators and ODO’s are highly trained and licensed to carry concealed (CCW) and exposed firearms. In addition, many are certified by Homeland Security in counter-terrorism, trained in responding to active shooters, and the National Incident Management System, (NIMS). Many are former and active SWAT Team, SERT, SRT and Military Special Forces members.
