The Fire Watch Program is a service that watches for hazards after hot work has been performed on a renovation or new construction project. The Fire Watch Program also takes effect when the fire protection system is out of service. CSIPS agents provide foot patrol of the fire watch area, ensure that safe conditions are maintained during the hot work, know how to report a fire or other emergency situation, and are trained in fire safety procedures and the use of fire extinguishing equipment.
